Pillow Rock Rentals
When I first bought the place, it was a wreck. There were holes in every wall, not much of a kitchen, no doors, ceiling ready to cave in, poor plumbing, and the chimney had to be reconstructed, but the house had a good foundation, lots of character, and endless potential.

Most of my friends advised me against purchasing the house, but my mother and best friend, Lance Faber, said, “Go for it!” I bought the house and the demolition began. With limited financing, I had every friend and relative helping out. Lance and I worked around the clock trying to get the house ready to rent. We did most of the work ourselves. The more we did, the more we found needed to be done, hence the name, Dunmore Hideaway, because we did a lot more than we had ever imagined.
